PRADNYA DARPAN – STUDY TOURS DOCUMENTATION

B.Arch - 1st Year (Semester 2)

Key Concept – Study Tours Documentation

SMMCA College has always conducted Study Tours to various places in and outside India to understand various architectural issues. These tours are canvases of Experiential Learning for students.

The study tours also enable students to conduct research and documentation to be applied into architectural design.

This tour was documented in a unique way. It was done through the artistic strokes and caricature inspired by famous artist Mario Miranda. Students worked for the sketches intensively and came up with outstanding results. This entire collection of caricature with supporting stories was published as a book – “UNFOLDING GOA”
